1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Liouville Labs Inc., incorporated in Delaware, USA ("HeyMong", "we", "us"), which runs HeyMong at heymong.com/en (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. What HeyMong does
You tell us about a dream and give us your first name, your birth date, your birth time (optional, or "I don't know my birth time"), your birthplace (which sets your time zone), your gender (optional) and, if you like, a worry on your mind. We use this to write a dream reading that combines a psychological reading of your dream, Korean dream lore, and your saju (사주), the Korean four pillars of birth, read as a blueprint of your temperament.
You can get one free preview a day. If you have already used today's free preview, you also get two extra free readings in total, one at a time. Paid readings (Basic, Essential and Full), upgrades, another reading after your free ones are used up, and follow-up questions are delivered after payment. A Full reading includes five follow-up questions. If you bought a paid reading for a dream, you can also buy packs of follow-up questions (1, 3, 5 or 10) to ask about that reading. A question pack can be used only on the dream it was bought for.
4. For entertainment and self-reflection
For entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. HeyMong readings are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. A reading is a way to think about your dream and your life from a new angle. It does not predict the future, and we do not promise any result. Please do not rely on a reading for decisions about your health, your safety, legal matters or money. For those, talk with a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline in the United States), or call 911 in an emergency.
Because readings are written by AI, a reading may contain mistakes or may not fit your situation. You are responsible for the choices you make after reading it.
5. Readings are written by AI
Every reading (the free preview, paid readings and answers to follow-up questions) is written by AI, using your saju (the four pillars of your birth, calculated from what you enter) and our dream dictionary. We tell you this before you start, and each reading is labeled "Written by AI". No person at HeyMong writes your reading.
6. Age requirements
You must be 13 or older to use HeyMong. HeyMong is not directed to children under 13, and if the birth date you enter shows you are under 13, we will not create a reading. You must be 18 or older to buy anything. If you are under 18, you can use only the free preview. We calculate your age from the birth date you enter.
7. Prices
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated and added at checkout, so prices are shown as, for example, "$9.99 + tax". Everyone gets the same prices on the same schedule: the discounted price applies for 24 hours from the moment you first see your free preview, and after that checkout is at the regular price. An upgrade is always the difference between the two regular prices, whenever you buy it (for example, One Leaf bought at the discounted price and then opened to the Whole Volume: $24.99 − $7.99 = $17.00).

8. Payment and delivery
Payments are handled by Stripe through Link, Stripe's checkout. Stripe, not HeyMong, is the merchant of record: Stripe takes your payment, calculates and collects sales tax, and sends your receipt. Your card or bank statement will show LINK.COM. We never receive your full card number or other payment details.
Readings are digital and are delivered right away. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your reading opens on screen, and we email a link to your reading and a payment summary to the address you gave at checkout. Before you pay, we ask you to confirm: "I understand this is a digital reading delivered right away, for entertainment and self-reflection." If you lose your link, you can get it again at heymong.com/en/find with the same email address.
9. Refunds
If you have paid but have not opened your reading yet, email contact@heymong.com and we will refund you in full. If we cannot deliver what you paid for (for example, if your reading fails to generate), we will refund you in full whether or not you opened it. Unused follow-up questions can be refunded on request: we refund the price of one question (what you paid divided by the number of questions) for each question you have not used. Questions you have already asked are not refunded, and you can still read their answers.
Approved refunds are sent back through Stripe to your original payment method. How long the money takes to reach you depends on your bank or card issuer. Once a payment is fully refunded or disputed with your bank (a chargeback), the reading and questions it opened are closed. After a partial refund, they stay open. Nothing in these terms limits any refund right you have under the law where you live.
10. Using HeyMong responsibly
Please do not enter another person's personal information without their permission, use bots or other automated tools to access the Service, or interfere with how the Service works. Keep your reading link private. Anyone who has the link can open your reading.
11. Our content
You may keep, read and share your own reading for personal use. The Service, its design, our dream dictionary and our articles belong to us, and you may not copy or resell them.
12. Changes to the Service and these terms
We may change or pause the Service, for example for maintenance or when a provider we rely on (AI, payments or hosting) has an outage. We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will post it on the Service at least 7 days before it takes effect (30 days for a change that limits your rights). Purchases you have already made are covered by the terms in place when you made them.
13. Disclaimers and limits on liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we do not make promises about the Service beyond what these terms say, and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on a reading. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to harm caused by our fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct, or to any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If you have a problem, please email us first at contact@heymong.com so we can try to fix it. There is no arbitration clause in these terms: you may bring a claim in a court that has jurisdiction, including your local small claims court. Nothing in these terms takes away consumer protection rights you have under the law of the state where you live.
